Can I use the blender as a cup?
Yes, simply flip the blender upside down, unscrew the base from the motor, screw on the lid which comes together with the product and there you go! The best part is, you won't have to worry about washing glasses afterwards!

Can i use it to blend ice and frozen fruits?
Yes it can! Although keep in mind that as our collapsible blender is portable, it doesn't have the same power as a traditional countertop blender that works with an elecrical outlet.

Is the water dispenser firmly secured over the gallon bottle opening?
Yes! Our water dispenser uses a unique silicone sealing system to ensure a snug fit around any large gallon bottle opening.

How do I clean the portable blender?
The base motor should only be cleaned with a damp cloth, and NEVER should it be washed under water. The blades can carefully be cleaned with detergent and dired with a cloth. The silicone cup and lids can be washed just like regular dishes.

Does the blender have an automated operating cycle??
Yes, it has an automated 45 second cycle that is optimal for mixing your shake. Note that when the blender is not filled (is without liquid, fruits, etc), the safety function will shut off after just 3 seconds in order to save battery life and avoid accidents.

What is the battery voltage?
Our portable blender uses a bivolt 110V-220V battery. Charging can be done by plugging into any electrical outlet without worrying about burning the battery.

How do I charge the blender?
You can charge with your mobile phone charger, it's that easy! Please note that the blender will not work while connected to the electrical outlet.

How long does charging take?
One full charge takes between 4-6 hours, and yields up to 12 shakes (depending on density).

Can I change the battery?
If the battery is defective, simply contact us and we'll happily exchange the product. Please do not open the device yourself under any circumstances. Doing so will result in a loss of warranty.

My blender won't turn on, what should I do?
Firstly, ensure the cup is properly screwed onto the base, as the safety system doesn't allow the blender to activate if not properly screwed on. When properly screwed on, the system light will flash a blue color, indicating the blender is ready for use.

My blender stops by itself after only a few seconds, what should I do?
When there isn't any liquid or contents inside the blender, the blender's safety mechanism will shut off after a few seconds. Simply fill the blender for it to run a normal cycle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
